Do I need a Ledger account password?
Ledger Live access is tied to your app and hardware wallet setup. Unlock your Ledger device with its PIN when prompted. Never use your recovery phrase as a login credential.
Why isn’t my portfolio showing?
Check that Ledger Live is up to date and your device is connected and unlocked. Allow the app to synchronize accounts, and verify you’re using the correct app profile.
Where should I get help?
Go directly to Ledger Support. Don’t trust support accounts that contact you first or request your recovery phrase.
